Managing your Doctorate I (ONLINE) In-Person

NB: This course accrues 1 training point.

The session explores organizing your time, your relationship with your supervisor, and managing your thesis itself to help you complete it.

In the first part, the focus is on your time management: for your research but also for your life beyond research.

The nature of this course is that you would watch the relevant recorded narrated PowerPoint in advance of the online Zoom session.

In the online Zoom session you will be able to discuss your own experiences with another doctoral student in a confidential breakout room. Those experiences, comments, questions etc that you wish to share with the group will be explored.

Please note that these live sessions will not be recorded, but the narrated PowerPoint will be available to view for the rest of the academic year.
