 your thesis? Can you include your own published articles? Join this session 
 to discuss these questions and more. We will give you an overview of 
 copyright\, discuss copyright in relation to your research\, and offer you 
 the opportunity to ask further questions.\n \nThis session will 
 cover:\n\n\n	An introduction to intellectual property and copyright\; what 
 is protected by copyright?\n	Using copyright materials\, with a focus on 
 theses. Permissions\, exceptions\, and open materials\n	Your own copyright: 
 ownership\, licensing\, and sharing of theses and other work\n\n\nBy the 
 end of the course you will be able to:\n\n\n	Use your copyright knowledge 
 (permissions\, exceptions\, open materials) to include copyright works in 
 your thesis\n	Understand ownership and licensing of copyright works\n	Use 
 and create open (e.g. Creative Commons) materials\n
